Break-Free PolyCarb Chardonnay Wine Glasses (Set of 4)

We have used these glasses around the pool and on the houseboat for years. Most people don't believe they aren't glass.

We use these glasses on a stone patio. No fear of having glass to clean up in case of a mishap. Proper shape for wine.

We have not had the opportunity to use these glasses yet. The molding process (for this Taiwanese product) is not very refined, since each glass has a wavy, distorted line going up each side that corresponds to the location of the mold seam. Not nice to look through. In addition, 3 of the 4 glasses had scratches right out of the box. Only buy if you're not too picky!

I bought these even though others had said they were sharp on the lips, they were indeed, and I have suggested to the people I gave them to, to file them with an emery board.

Great Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law who had a pool/hot tub installed this fall. They had looked locally for attractive, unbreakable wine glasses to use outdoors with no luck, so I was thrilled to find these and even more pleased when I saw them. They were very pleased as well!

These glasses are beautiful. The desctiption states they are dishwasher safe (top shelf) but they became cloudy and cracked around the rim. The are too expensive to have to wash by hand. After all, they are not crystal.

I was disappointed in these glasses only because I expected a "fine crystal" like appearance. You can see the seam where halves meet. The rim is rough and I would not enjoy sipping out of these. I bought them with the intention of everyday use because my neighbors had some "break resistant" crystal glasses and I thought these to be similar. My mistake. But I am sure would be perfect for a large family gathering outdoors. I did return them and found break resistant crystal glasses.

I love these PolyCarb wine glasses. I purchased them for outdoor use and around the pool area but find myself using them in the house. You really can't tell they are plastic. I had some other plastic wine glasses that were thick which made drinking wine from not very appealing. I put these in the top shelf of the dishwasher and they do fine. These wine glasses are the best.

I don't know what PolyCarb is but it is plastic to me.

These glasses (as well as the larger Cabernet glasses) are the best plastic wineglasses I've ever used. Proper shape (including narrower opening) for enjoyment of wine, light weight, clear as crystal, and durable. Can enjoy wine in a proper glass w/o fear of breakage.

Love them! We entertain around the pool quite often in the summer. I think the correct stemware is important when serving wine. I was always concerned about glass breaking but these are the perfect answer.

These glasses are fantastic! My sister had been looking for unbreakable wine glasses for a long time to use on her patio when she has cookouts & gatherings. She kept complaining that all she could find were cheap looking plastic glasses that were colored, or were super thick plastic. I knew exactly where to look...Wine Enthusiast to the rescue! I sent her 4 Chardonnay and 4 Merlot for Mothers Day and she was thrilled! I just went to visit and had a chance to use them and they are gorgeous! They look like real wine glasses! They are dishwasher safe and can take a beating! These are a great addition for anybody who enjoys entertaining outside. You can also get them monogrammed!
