Was very unhappy with stemware we bought last year. I have much older polycarbonate glasses that still look good. Have had great luck dishwashing other product labeled polycarbonate in the past. These glasses look fantastic, but do not hold up. They start showing crack lines in the glasses just like acrylic does, very quickly. I asked, because I need replacements, and was told the manufacturer has not changed.

I own these. I sent them to my sister because I love them so much. They are lightweight and indestructible. We even fooled her husband. He thought she went out and replaced all the broken "glass" wine glasses. My favorite trick, asking someone if they want wine...when they answer yes, I toss the wine glass in their direction. The reaction is priceless.

I keep these in my trunk. I have used them several times, after a round of golf, tail gating, and after our Skeet Shooting (AFTER), when everyone tailgates with some Cheese and Wine....... Great product for outdoor use.

We live in Florida so all of our entertaining happens outdoors. I love these glasses, most people don't realize that they are acrylic. With the pool and all the ceramic tile a dropped glass is never a problem. This product is worth the money.

Visually, these glasses are exact copies of that well-known stemware maker. And, they are seemingly quite indestructable. They will serve well enough for picnics and vacations, which is why I bought them. However, the plastic is lighter and more pliable than I would like, and the base is not molded completely flat, so they don't seem all that stable or substantial. Maybe all you can expect for [$].

They serve their purpose. I don't have to worry about breaking wine glasses outside by the pool or on the patio, and they duplicate the entire tasting experience (from crystal) about as well as can be expected. The edge at the lip is a little bit sharp, and the "TAIWAN" engraving on the base is tacky. A couple of small improvements and it becomes a 5-star product.

We wanted something durable to use in our camper, but did'nt want to resort to the typical heavy walled poly glasses that are so common. I must say I'm pleased with these glasses, even though their rims are a bit sharp. This is easily fixed by running a ceramic knife sharpening rod around the edge. ( I read one persons comment about using very fine sandpaper on the rim.) Wine still tastes like its supposed to.

I bought these as a gift to be used outdoors. They are wonderful. It is not like drinking out of a thick plastic glass. I was very impressed.[...]

These glasses are way too big - especially for outdoor entertaining. I exchanged them for the chardonnay glasses which are much more manageable. Also don't love the seam going down the glass (on both this glass and the chardonnay) - would've been a lot better if it was one continuous piece...
