2 Piece Wine Chilling Carafe

Originally ordered and had a flaw. Called and it was replaced immediately. Works great and chills the wine quickly. Don't have to wait like we do when using a chilling bucket. Just need to be careful when adding ice to insert.

This chilling carafe is awesome for a hot summer day, keeps wine chilled without watering down, The new design with the stopper and pour spout makes it much easier to use than the original version. Was on sale at XMAS and bought it for 4 friends for gifts. The only down side is the cylinder should go to the bottom, stops a little short. Other than that, it great. Would recommend to any Chardonnay lover.

I was expecting this to be plastic. The carafe is heavy and somewhat awkward to pour since you have to remove the ice center tube. If we weren't so impatient, I suppose one would chill the wine, remove the ice core center tube, and then serve. As it is so hot in TX, the core tube stays in so you have to remove it for each pour, need three hands and it drips. But, overall, works.

Gave it as a gift and everyone that saw it, wanted one... Will order again.

I bought the older design and was not so pleased! NOW, with the addition of a pouring spout and stopper, this design is perfect! No drips, no slipping bottle, and it is beautiful to display on your table or bar.

The first time I attempted to slide some ice into the ice cylinder the bottom of the ice cylinder broke off.

product is great for multiple bottles of wine, but for just one bottle not the best, the ice cylinder is too short.

I loved it, and then the second time that i used it, i placed the insert, the top cracked and i could not use it anymore. I was so disappointed, that i think this would be better if the insert had a rubber stopper.
