I purchased these for every day use and thought the pattern in the glass was quite unique. I was a little surprised at how delicate the glasses felt - to the point of initially avoiding putting them in the dishwasher. They did just fine, though, and they are not babied with hand washing anymore. I am still careful with them, however, due to their delicate feel. I have received many compliments on these fine glasses.

I don't know if they do what they're supposed to, which is make the wine taste better...I guess I should do a comparison with a reg. glass one day :) but pretty glasses and serve their purpose...you can drink wine out of them lol. A little delicate...I don't have a dishwasher I hand wash...not sure if they would survive a dishwasher.

I received these just in time for a dinner party and there were many compliments on them. they feel good in your hand, the design reflected light as they were used and they have a good weight. Not the thin, fragile bargain type.
