These glasses are perfect for us. We recently went through a period of breaking wine glasses and so we were running low. The durable glass appealed to me. What is great about these glasses is that the glass is not thick but it is durable. They are excellent to drink from and easy to hold.

We are serious wine drinkers and use these glasses each day even though they are elegant enough for a dinner party. They are not really as rugged as advertised as several stems have snapped in the dishwasher and the glasses have developed "fractures" from previous incidents and then they shatter in the dishwasher. The reason we continue to buy them is the Replacement Guarantee.

We use these glasses almost daily for well over a year. I purchased more glasses again because we like them so much. They are break resistant but will break. My first order did not get packed well - I guess shipping believed they were unbreakable. The company was super about getting them replaced. I purchased the current set because I broke the stem of one when it came in contact with my granite counter. This set came well pack from the shipping department - problem solved!
