Cons

Best Uses

I love the design and shape of these, but they are somewhat awkward to hold with one hand, even average size hands. Luckily, I saved the packaging, so I can give them as a gift to someone else.

In addition to their use for pinot noir, they have great volume as a double old fahion glass.

U pinot noir tumblers make sense

4.0

Pros

  • Attractive Design
  • Durable
  • Dishwasher Safe
  • Comfortable To Hold

Cons

Best Uses

  • Informal Dining

I use the U tumblers for our regular evening wine consumption with our meal, and they work well for that purpose, especially when they csn be put in the dishwasher afterwards. My wife still cannot hold these tumblers comfortably with her smaller hands, so she uses the smaller-diameter cab/merlot U tumblers, which I also purchased.

glass cracked when I washed it. I paint on glassware all the time so I know what I'm doing. Would never be able to add a painted design on this glassware.

These are beautiful glasses, however - very thin for my liking - almost like paper thin glass and easily breakable if someone hit just right, very similar to the thin-ness of a coffee pot. if not, more delicate. - perfectly fine item if you're looking for something very very delicate

These glasses eliminate the tippiness of stem ware. Not to hold in the hand (warms the wine) but a nice new age design.
