Handcrafted wine racks have never been this wonderful! I can't help raving over this economical number that really saved me a bundle when it came to storing a growing wine collection. Because the Solid Diamond Cube With Face Trim is tailor-made for bulk wine storage, there's no need to place and stack so many racks and clutter up your wine cellar. Just two or three of these can provide so much storage space for your bottles without eating up valuable space. The excellent craftsmanship of this rack is also something worthy of note, not to mention how beautiful it looks like when dressed up in custom stains and finishes. The Redwood Natural stain, for example, is an absolute winner! I feel this product is indeed money well-spent!

Pro: The choice of wood grain is very attractive. Pro: Being unfinished, I was able to stain and match other wood accents in my house. Con: The cuts of wood could have been a little more precise. From a distance, all looks great, but up close, some trim joints don't reach quite far enough (off by about 1/32 of an inch or less) in a couple of places.

This was very difficult to assemble. The instructions were worse than anything I have ever seen from Ikea, which is notorious for hard to understand instructions. It was virtually impossible to put the cross portions in. We had to loosen everything just to get them in. They supply nails to fasten the decorative trim to the carcass and you would completely damage the trim by nailing. We bought a nail gun to attach these pieces. The good thing about this is that once assembled, it is very sturdy. We bought this and the 5 Column Rack to put in our new wine closet which has glass french doors. If we hadn't bought the nail gun, I would have been terribly disappointed with the aesthetic of the pieces.
