Wine Decanter Glass Stopper

THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY OF MY DECANTER STOPPER WAS EXCELLENT.

It works without demanding attention.It fits all three of my decanters. What more could you ask for? Hey, yeah, it would probably break if you're a klutz,and drop it on the floor. It's glass, so what did you expect?

Great stopper for use with visual decanter. Glad it has a flat bottom so not to roll away. Will be great to keep the fruit flies out while we enjoy our wine on the patio.

I ordered this stopper without paying attention to the dimensions. Unfortunately, it is 2-1/2 inches in diameter and the mouth of the Vivid decanter is about 3 inches wide. I had to tip the decanter over in order to get the stopper out. I wound up returning it and ordering the grape globe stopper, which fits perfectly. The lesson here; know the dimensions before you order and are potentially disappointed.

Does the job but lose the weight.

The heavy glass ball fits almost too tightly in the decanter suggested. We also purchased that at the same time. The ball makes the decanter a little top heavy and is difficult to remove from the decanter.

I had read the reviews about it being heavy but we got it anyway and I'm so glad I did! It is a little heavy but I don't have any fears that I'll drop it and break the decanter...seriously, you'd really have to try to do that. It is a great stopper and when you want to take it out you just take it out--not hard at all. I love it!

I bought a beautiful decanter and it was suggested to get this stopper to go with. It is too small and almost has to be dropped in place. I am afraid that the stopper will break the decanter. It also is difficult to remove. Therefore I will probably never use it.

We use this with the Visual Wine Decanter. It is beautiful!

I would not reccomend this - it's too hard to handle, sits too deep in the neck and we worry about breaking the decanter as well as dropping the stopper and having everything shatter at once! Please stop selling this as it is - your claims of it's use are false - we can't use it at all!! It absolutely needs a handle of some sort!

This is a really great addition to the Vivid Wine Decanter. It's very elegant looking and really makes the decanter stand out. The only downside is that the stopper fits a little snug into the top of the decanter....especially with your fingertips trying to protect it from clanking against the side. It's a little difficult setting the stopper in as we are fearful that it will drop. Same for when it's time to remove it...it's a little awkward.

It is very nice looking but does not work very well with the Riedel Ultra Decanter. It is so small it goes too far into the neck of the decanter. Once in it is difficult to remove since it is very smooth and hard to grasp. It needs a little handle or something on it. Mostly though it needs to be about 1/2 inch larger.

This stopper is gorgeous, and looks beautiful nestled in the neck my Wine Enthusiast wine decanter. For those reasons, I love it, but...it actually settles in a little too comfortably, making it difficult to remove when you want to serve wine from the decanter.

Would be perfect if it fit our decanter, which is similar to the Wine Enthusiast one. Maybe the diamond shaped one would have been better.
