Uncork quickly with a classic. A legacy of inspired uncorkings. The new Legacy Opener removes corks swiftly and easily and looks great doing it. The handsome Legacy is a cast replica of a classic antique, replete with decorative grapevine adornments. It uncorks with just a pull of the handle and…
I was replacing an old wine opener that I got from you several years ago. This one is not near the quality of the old one and it is almost impossible to pull a cork. It takes too much strength.

Nice device for classic wine cellar. Attractive. Have mounted it to a table. Don't care for the flexible metal upright, too much bend when using. I brace it with my arm. Otherwise, easy to use...just follow the directions.

Our first one broke after 12 bottles. I did open a bottle with a composite cork and I think those are hard on the device. I notice that now there is a warning against using them with composite corks.

Love the look and ease. However I am replacing the corkscrew part because the worm stopped working. Because of the height it does not fit under the kitchen counter so must find counter space without cabinets above.

Just got it and so far it works great! Much better than cheaper models. The proof will be the length of service. It was very easy to put together and came undamaged.

We purchased this item for someone who has Parkinson's disease and is sometimes shakey. He was able to open the wine on the first attempt.

1. The height of the corkscrew with birch stand does not offer good leverage to turn the handle. 2. The handle is hard to pull down--the screw doesn't knife its way into the cork easily. 3. Frequently, the corkscrew just chews up the top half of the cork and leaves the bottom half in place.

The base is too light weight. Takes two people to keep it down and uncork the bottle. The uncorker part is also not strong enough or something. Ordered another brand and it works beautifully. This particular one is disappointing.
