One of the more serious impediments to running a good wine program at a restaurant or bar is the desire to offer variety by the glass while keeping the wine fresh. It's made more difficult when not every person who pours the wine does so with the oversight and care that the beverage director or bar manager would. This product comes in the LIGHTEST can you will ever pick up. You will swear it is empty but, in fact, it is filled with gas. It is extremely easy to use, and provides some benefit in slowing down the aging of the wine.

Used to keep wine good over days of use. I don't like having the bottles to discard though we put them in the recycling but the idea seems good to me and it seems to work.
