Personalized 1 Liter Mini Oak Wine Barrel

Waiting for the port to age. Heard that its better than any port you can buy.

The barrel looks great, and my husband is excited to show it off and use it for aging his homemade wine. The barrel itself looks beautiful, but the small pieces that came with it are poor quality. They look like they were made from scrap pieces of wood, so I hope they work ok.

I did not buy this item from this site, though I wish I did since the price here is actually better. In fact I may buy a larger capacity one here. With that said, your wine is fine the way it is. Don't play mad scientist with your expensive bottle of top shelf! If you screw up your sangiovese it's your own fault. Where this product shines is for home brewers of wine, beer or other beverages. Do your research! Things to take in account is the toasting amount, storage time, alcohol content, surface area and temperatures. Once again, do some research and if experimenting with a finished wine, don't automatically assume the cask will make it any better.

We bought this to have the restaurants name displayed as special events on our own barrel and we have had so many compliments on it that it is on display everyday where all of our guests can see it. We have recommended it to quite a few people already. Thanks for a great product

Very cute, creative and functional - But, my stand was broken due to POOR PACKAGING!

I bought this product for display purposes although it is functional. I was disappointed that the personalization was off-center making it less attractive.

I bought two wine barrels as a gift for my older son and husband. No kidding we put in some McClellands Highland Scotch and let it age for 6 months. Not only was it an obviously darker color the taste of the scotch was incredible.......better than any of the more expensive bottles we have purchased in the past. I who a person who does not like scotch couldn't believe the taste. Now I have to buy two more.

Excellent mini barrel for small batch brewing. I gave one of these to my Brother in Law and now he has 10 of them filled with Wine and Mead.

This was a gift for our wine making son-in-law. He got a kick out of the personalization. So far, it is just a decoration. Hopefully, he'll use it when the wine is ready.

Purchased this for a friend. It was exactly what I wanted. The 3 liter size was just right, and it's a beautiful piece. It looks great. I prepped it before hand, and was very pleased to see that it did not leak, as some other reviews indicated it might. The custom engraving came out great, and I was very pleased that "Wine Enthusiast" was not engraved on the base, as I saw in the picture, and feared it might be (my friend will likely use it for beer). Very hapy with this product. The only (very minor) negative is that the instructions say to use the proper number of treatment tablets, without indicating what that number is.

I bought this as a gift for my dad to put in his wine cellar and he loved it! He especially loved the personalization. But you can't really put much in it! It's more for looks!

Great for making your own aged tequila.
