Personalized 1 Liter Mini Oak Wine Barrel

The engrave does not look at all as depicted in the website.

There were no dimensions listed and when it arrived, I couldn't believe how small it was...thought it SHRUNK in shipping! Too expensive for what I got. Had to make a joke when my best friend opened it!

Very stylish and recipients liked it very much, but thought it seemed awfully small.

Cute decorative item. I got the smallest one to place on my small home bar and engraved it...people always notice and compliment. Looks too complicated to clean so I won't use it for fermenting, just decorative but I love it. :)

I'm using it to store home made wine. I like the ability to personalize the barrel which came out very nice. The top plug did not fit all that well and I thought the spigot could have been a little better quality. All in all a fun practical product you'll be proud to show off.

It looks great but it's not very practical. Even after 2 weeks of use it's leaking a little, although it's supposed to seal in 3-5 days. I stored one of my favorite wines in it for 2 weeks, but the wine taste turned worse; it became too harsh from the oak. I will try to store whisky next. They say that it should age 8-10 faster than in a regular size barrel due to larger surface/volume ratio.

Purchased 3 for gifts. The one base was so off balanced the barrel would rock. The legs of all the bases were varnished on the outside with drip stains on the insdie where it was not varnished. The two support beams between the leg bases were unsanded and splintery. One set appeard to again be varnished on the top and not underneath. As other reviews noted, the directions refer to using tablets but only one if provided. It says to use the proper number...whatever that is? The engraving was very poor. The 3 barrels were stuffed into one box. I had to buy 3 boxes so I could give each one as a gift. Nice concept, but overall very poor craftsmanship...particularly the base. Nice concept

We have not tried to age wine in the barrel yet. It looks nice. The image is not as crisp as I expected, it could use more detail. My husband really liked the gift for his wine cellar.

I received only 1 storing tablet and instructions says use "tablets" and to use the proper amount but did not say what that was. Also said to contact Swish and Barrel for cleaning kit--where and what is it? Nothing like that was mentioned in the description prior to purchase--very confusing!

This product is easy to use and does it's job. Not to mention that fact that it's very pleasing to the eye once customized. I put a bottle of wine inside and used it to serve glasses at a party. Great Product.

Makes for a great little gift for a wine enthusiast.
