EuroCave SoWine Home Wine Bar (Silver Trim Door)

Bought the stainless one and it never really kept the red wine cool at all. The pressure stopper activated about 6 times in a row before it would stop after putting in a bottle. I sent it back and it was replaced free of charge. The new one works PERFECTLY!

We LOVE this product. We want to buy another one to put in our summer house in Maine. We used to waste so much wine, but now we never have to waste a bottle. Just open an expensive bottle and we can take up to at least a week to drink it!!! We have never waited longer to finish a bottle of wine.

I love the SoWine and it does allow you to enjoy the wine over a period longer than a day which is what it was intended for so two big thumbs up. The design is also great... looks fantastic in the bar. The only things I do not like about the SoWine is the water that accumulates in the enclosures. I'm assuming it's condensation and the manual actually talks about it too but it's more than you'd expect. The other thing is the preset temperatures. At first, it seems like a perfect concept but either (1) I like my wines cooler than the recommended and preset temps are set for or (2) it's not cooling my wines to the recommended proper temp. Other than that I plan on using this thing for a long time to come. Hopefully it doesn't break!

We use one in each of our houses and recently purchased one for our daughter-in-law. In the future will no doubt be buying one for our 2 daughters. We use our continually, it looks nice and really keeps both red and white wines at a perfect temperature.

My husband and I have done taste tests after 1, 2 3, and 4 nights in the SoWine EuroCave. We are amazed at how well it preserves the quality of the wine!

Must remove foil and watch for bottles with a lip that will prevent the vacuum seal from engaging tightly. Otherwise, an excellent investment. We don't feel like we have to finish that bottle of wine in one sitting.

This delivered everything I had hoped. It really does keep my wine fresh and stable more than anything else I have tried. It's outer shell has more painted silver plastic than I would have liked but so far, no one else who sees this in my kitchen even cares. I no longer longingly stare at the exquisite cab on the shelf waiting for a great time to open and enjoy. I open it, have a glass, and save the rest for later, sometimes up to 5 or 6 days later and still, the wine is fantastic.

We do not empty a bottle (red and white) at one sitting (when we don't have company) so using the EuroCave Wine Bar saves the opened bottles perfectly. The temperature of both bottles are great and the preservation of the taste is unbelievable. I will get this as a gift.

It is so great to be able to open a nice bottle of red wine and have it keep perfectly-taste and temperature- for a couple of weeks so I can enjoy a glass whenever I choose with no waste.

We have been quite happy with this product. As stated elsewhere, it does on occasion (not that often, in my experience) have trouble sealing the bottle and repumps frequently; usually just shifting the bottle has worked for me. It's nice to have the bottles at the serving temperature, and although it takes up some space, it has been worth it for us. Has on occasion needed wiping due to condensation, but only 2 or 3 times in the 4 months we've had it.

Does as advertised. A little bigger then I expected but not overly so. It appears bigger when using unopened wines since the plungers are in the up position. Wine is kept at the right temperature and it is easy to use.

This is the only wine storage appliance that I have owned that works. I was given it for Christmas but if I had purchased it it would have paid for itself by now.
