Nice and convenient product. Does a great job keeping wine chilled correctly and fresh. I was very pleased with the delivery process as it only took a few days to get here after my order was made

Excellent Product

Just not wow-ed like I thought I would be. Would like a temprature setting as opposed to a "red" glass and a "white" glass to click on.

Very nice. I was letting some of my great wine go to waste or not drinking it because I only wanted a glass or 2 from the bottle. Now I can open a bottle and have a fresh glass with dinner for a few days in a row. You don't need cartriges like in the dispenser systems. The refurbished item was a much better price. It is too tall to fit on a counter under upper cabinets, so you need the space. I single bottle option would be great too.

Takes wine to ideal serving temperature easily and efficiently and quietly as advertised. I continue to have to reposition the bottle about 25-30% of the time when trying to utilize the vacuum feature, but once it gets a seal it holds the wine remarkably well for a remarkably long time with only slow degradation of taste. So far, on balance, I am delighted we got one.

I have been very impressed with the way the wine tastes, even after a few days. What a treat to be able to open a nice bottle of wine and drink one glass, knowing that the second glass will be just as good the day after tomorrow.

We bought the SoWine about a year ago and it worked fine until a couple of months ago when it just stopped working. [...]When it was working, it did keep our opened bottles of wine fresh. I wish you could adjust the preset temperatures. We prefer our reds a little cooler and have to store them at the white wine temp.
