This item was ordered as a gift. Upon receipt, the lip of the decanter was rough and almost looked chipped in spots. The etching was beautiful, but the top of the decanter really detracted from its beauty, making it look cheap.

I ordered these decanters as a gift for my bridesmaids. They are very attractive and I love that they are personalized. However, the bottom of the decanter is rounded, therefore when you set it down on a flat surface it wobbles for a minute or so before finally sitting still. I have not used the decanter personally so I am not sure if this problem will be eliminated once it has wine in it. I just feel that the wobbling cheapens the product. If Wine Enthusiast could correct this problem, it would be the perfect gift!
