I've used this with red wines that haven't had a chance to chill. It is easy to use and store. Cleaning is also easy. Not sure it would chill white wines enough...

I've only used it once and it is easy to use - works exactly as described. I put it on a bottle of room temperature wine and it cooled it enough to drink it but it wasn't cold enough for me - the ad didn't mention (I don't think) that it is best used with red wines and they don't need to be as cold as white or the red Graf Zoltan I was trying it on.

Works well. Will chill a botle if you drink it with a meal. Easy to use and clean. I'd recommend this if you can't have your bottle at the right temp when you're ready to serve.

The 2 parts must be carefully attached or it leaks. Did not chill the whole bottle. Probably easier to just chill bottle in frig 1/2 hr before serving.

The problem is that this is really designed for chilling reds that are too warm; it won't bring room-temperature white down to serving temperature easily. Still, it works well for roses and whites that shouldn't be served very cold.
