Riedel Vitis Chardonnay / Montrachet Wine Glasses (Set of 2)

Ver nice series from Riedel. These are our first in this series and they are almost as stunning as the Sommeliers. I would recommend these instead of vinum if you like the design. Very large bowl, lots of room to swirl and very elegant albeit fragile design.

Whether or not you agree with Riedel that their glasses help experience the specific wine type by the type of glass you use, these are beautiful glasses; pleasant to hold and drink from. Just that improves the "experience". They are delicate and require care in washing. We do not put ours in the dishwasher.

I love these glasses. I owned 2 previously and when they broke, I immediately bought these replacements.

We use these glasses when we are drinking fine chardonnay. The quality of the glass and the elegance of the design--plus the size of the bowl--are superb.

I use this in my day to day and special occasions. They are attractive and practical.
