Vinturi Red Wine Aerator

You could really tell the difference in the wines flavor!

I have used the Vinturi several times. It does a good job of adding air to the wine as it pours. I still think the wine needs time to breathe after using the Vinturi, but the product does help and cuts down on the aeration time. However, it is somewhat awkward to use. When pouring, and the instructions mention this, wine will come out of the holes that let in the air. You must be very careful to have the Vinturi over your glass or carafe when pouring and be careful of your pour speed. Also, it is not easy to clean sediment out of the center, although with enough washing it does clean.

While it's easy to use, one must pay attention to hold properly align bottle and glass or you'll have wine all over the counter.

After many blind taste tests with wines of varying prices, the Vinturi aerated wines were routinely rated superior.

Great gift

This great for when you want to open a bottle of red wine and don't want to wait to let it breathe before you pour a glass. It is not as totally good as decanting and waiting for the wine to breathe, but it helps a whole lot.

Attractive design and simple to use.

This product truly makes a difference. I was skeptical, but after doing a test at a friend's house with and without the aerator, I was sold! I bought 5 this year to give as gifts to friends and family. Even bought one for my boss.

I use it about three to four times a week. It definitely makes wine taste fresher and more robust.

I live at 2600 meters above sea level where wine oxygenation is always a lengthy process. With vintury this problem is completely solved! It takes seconds!

I very much enjoy this product. Have used it several times and makes my wine that much more enjoyable.

Works well as a quick aerator. Tilt it sideways a bit to minimize dripping from the holes. a little expensive for what it is, but it's clearly effective in A-B tastings.
