Blitzen on His Back Bottle Stopper

Great for Christmas gift!

I gave this as a gift to a good friend. She is not a big wine drinker, but enjoys a glass every now and then. I bought her a bottle of wine and this blitzen topper and a few other gifts. She loved blitzen. She had a small gathering of friends over on Christmas Eve and insisted on drinking wine strickly because she wanted to use the blitzen topper. Imagine her saddness when she went for her second glass and popped off blitzen and the cork broke in half. She was heartbroken. So, it was a nice thought, a cute gift, but broke before Christmas even got here.

This is a great and cheerful Holiday accessory. I got mine on sale and I'm glad I did. Had I paid full price, I don't think I would have been as cheerful! But it's fun and guests like it!

I can't wait to give it as a gift this x-mas.

GREAT GIFT

I bought 4 for Christmas gifts and everyone liked them very much.

Blitzen is very cute, but arrived with the champagne glass stem broken off, and the champagne glass itself detached from his hand. I glued those together. Then the first time we used it, one of the feet broke off -- we're not sure how that happened, I just found it on the floor. The quality is very disappointing.

Great gift idea. However, the gift arrived without all the letters of the name painted on. I had to grab my own black paint and fix the name so it no longer said "Bitzen."
