I ordered a set and all arrived intact except one pinot glass with a broken stem. I'm waiting for a reply to my email to customer service to see about replacing it. But otherwise, they are holding up pretty well.

The shape and thickness of the glass DOES make a difference. I used my old glasses side by side with the Fusion and the experience of drinking wine is magnified four fold. The fusion glasses make a $5 wine taste like a $15 wine. I had guests over one night and they were blown away too.

We use them nearly daily and love the light weight and stylish look of the Fushion stems. I am still leary of putting them in the dishwasher, but I am sure I will get over that fear after a few more weeks of hand washing. It is an excellent set of glasses for every variety of wine at a very reasonable price.

We use these for casual entertaining and our own everyday use because they can just go in the dishwasher. But the bottoms of some are not absolutely flat and they rock slightly - so not good for formal entertaining. Too bad because we love the shape and feel of them.

We just used the Pinot Noir glasses for the first time and have nohing but good things to say about them. The light weight of the glass really changes the experience of the wine. Another bonus is how beautiful the wine looks in the glass.
