This product has saved me a lot of money. When you finish only a bottle of wine often the rest is waisted because it's never as good the next day even if you use one of those "pumper" savers. But with the argon gas, we have been able to enjoy wine for two and possibly 3 days. I've given this as gifts; can't recommend it highly enough.

The Pek Preserve system is an effective and easy to use system, and the pourable corks are amazing. Maintenance of the system on the other hand is a different matter. The gas canisters have very little capacity and run out of argon gas after 3 or 4 uses, so having enough gas canisters on hand is not only expensive but requires some stockpiling.
