While the unit is larger than expected I found it simple to use and not too noisy to be around our group. (It is portable and is still pretty easy to carry.) I was looking for an easy way to get the volume of ice for entertaining. This fits the bill. I hate all the ice bags and trips to town....no more. Would highly recommend.

The size is good, but it is very noisy in the ice-making stage. Also, using our RO water the ice cubes are still not clear as we would like them to be and as stated.

We needed an ice machine for a small bar area that we have set up in the house. This devise is smaller than a refridgerator, but it is larger than we expected. It works great though so it was a welcome addition to our home.
