I keep this in my purse for all uses! It's perfect for dining out or when I'm traveling. This is one of my favorite little gizmos. It's been great fun to try it out on skeptics. I ALWAYS win them over! This little thing is fantastic! I've given it many times for a gift!

If you are a collecter you'll be able to purchase a young wine and be confident that in a few years it will be good (if you store it right). Go out and have a glass of wine, usually the house wine is a young wine and you can fix it in 1 or 2 Secounds. Now you can have a glass of the house wine and not have to buy a whole bottle of a more expensive wine.
