This amazes everyone wine drinkers, beer or hard liquor drinkers. It really works. Often the wine in public houses are young it turns the $5.00 glass of wine into the $15.00 glass and great conversation starter.

Excellent tool. I wish I had it at dinner the other night with friends when someone ordered a bottle of wine. It was a 2008 Cabernet and was in desperate need of some aging. I showed it off at Christmas dinner and everyone was very impressed. Its fun to use, even my Grandma wanted to try it and she wasn't even drinking wine.

I was a bit leary at first but thought why not check it out. I experimented with it on Christmas Eve during our family gathering and our test had 10 people of different ages, tastes and experiences with wine. EVERYONE was amazed and could not believe that it actually worked as advertised. The changes in each "year" of aging was obvious and exciting as we aged several whites and reds to each of "our" limits. I can't wait for my next wine testing/tasting session.

Not a gadget....it really works! We used this product for the first time at a family dinner and tested it on a very young wine that really wasn't all that great. We were surprised at the improvement of the wine after 5 seconds! Since that time we have used it on a variety of wines with continued success. Definitely a 'must have' for those that like to explore new, unknown wines.

Absolutely great for aging/softening wine served on domestic flights. But, looks like a pocket knife so take it out when going through security. Frequent TSA reaction is to ask where they can get one!

1,2,3 Secounds and you have fixed a young wine. I don't know how or why it works but it does. If you are a collecter you'll be able to purchase a young wine and be confident that in a few years it will be good (if you store it right). Go out and have a glass of wine, usually the house wine is a young wine and you can fix it in 1 or 2 Secounds. Now you can have a glass of the house wine and not have to buy a whole bottle of a more expensive wine.
