Decanter Cleaning Beads

These stainless beads are a great way to clean the bottom of a decanter or glass. They don't scratch or pit the glass, even when dumped in. Two slight difficulties are cleaning the topside of the decanter chamber, and pouring the beads out when done. With a little practice, you can get the decanter nice and clean.

I'm impressed with how well they worked, in one try. They are unruly little things and you have to be careful that they don't escape down the disposal. I drained them into a sieve to dry.

A great product, the only ncon is that the balls are very small and easely lost.

These beads are great for frequent entertainers like myself and do the job as advertised, just have to be careful when pouring out since they're so small. I use a paper towel every time and problem solved.

Easy to re-use over and over again!

It doesn't get any better because, hey, these are BB's. They're round. Take your time learning how to use it. Awkward at first with wide bottom decanters when you pour out the BB's that apparently actually want to escape and disperse around the room and house. Otherwise, effective and rather nifty

After I finished cleaning my decanter, I poured the beads into a paper coffee filter (intending to capture the beads and let the water drain out), but it broke and the beads scattered all over the counter. It took a long time to find them all.

Work really well. Amazing how cloudy the water becomes. I used a decanting filter to capture the beads out of my decanters too.

Have not used long but worked well and is a cool way to clean decanter. If there is any downside it is just putting all the dried beads back into the container - but really no problem.

I'm a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant. I used the beads on a several capatain's decanters with light to moderate stains. The beads removed a little of the stain, but certainly not enough to warrant the [$]. I later used baking soda, a little white vinegar, and some rice, and the decanters came out crystal clear. It also leaves no aroma in the decanter has some of posted concerns about.

Great and easy to use!

Works great, but hard to keep them all together to put back in the holder.

Just have to be careful when emptying the beads from the decanter ... they are small and can get away quick. Other than that, the product works great.
