This Bonsai Grape Vine was received intact and very healthy. About two weeks later, it started dying....due to my not watering enough...I contacted Wine Enthusiast and within a coupl eof days, the matter was solved and thanks to their excellent customer service, it is now about 4 weeks later and the Vine looks even better then when I first got it....They solved my own problem...THANKS!!
