This product works very well. Then the heads will start to fall off. There is no way to reattach them. Your only choice will be to purchase another sturdier brand. It is amazing that such a high quality company continues to produce such a poor quality item. BAD DESIGN- why doesn't someone fix it?

I ordered one for home and one as a gift. Mine fell apart on the second use so I purchased another gift and the second one remains unopened. This is a cheaply made product and reflects badly upon your company.

I gave this as a gift to a relative since she didn't have one and I figured every wine drinker should have a foil cutter. I was there when she opened it to use it and the screws came out. We tried numerous time to put it back together and it would not work. I was humiliated to give a "broken - defective" gift to someone!
